Sarah Jenkins
✓Certified Birth Doula & Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
About Me
Hi, I'm Sarah. I believe that the 'fourth trimester' is just as critical as the first three. After working as a labor and delivery nurse for 8 years, I realized that most parents feel most alone exactly when they need the most support: immediately after coming home.
My practice focuses on non-judgmental, evidence-based support. Whether you are struggling with a painful latch, wondering if your baby's sleep patterns are normal, or just need someone to validate that yes, this is really hard, I am here to help.
I specialize in virtual lactation consulting and gentle sleep conditioning that respects attachment.
